CONTENT & BRAND PRODUCER / ASSOCIATE Turn access, ideas and expertise into a consistent content operating system. LOCATION Mumbai; office, site & hybrid EXPERIENCE 3-6 years REPORTS TO Director FUNCTION Content strategy & production EMPLOYMENT Full-time INDUSTRY Real estate / design / business THE ROLE This role owns the path from idea to published output. Working closely with a director and the company brand, the producer will research, develop angles, prepare interviews and shoots, coordinate production, brief editors and manage distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. The mandate spans a personal platform and company storytelling, with the director's voice focused on being an AI-enabled real-estate operator - not a generic creator or motivational personality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and manage a rolling editorial calendar across development, construction, design, procurement, sales, systems, people, capital and applied AI. • Run weekly idea-capture sessions and turn voice notes, meetings, site events and operating lessons into strong content briefs and scripts. • Research relevant industry conversations, examples and facts; identify timely angles without copying creator formats. • Develop formats across reach, useful, proof and perspective content, balancing audience growth with credibility. • Plan shoots end to end: objective, script/questions, locations, shot list, people, permissions, schedule and required assets. • Conduct or support interviews with directors, architects, consultants, customers, partners and site teams. • Brief and manage video editors, designers, photographers and other freelancers; give clear feedback and maintain quality and timelines. • Write or refine LinkedIn posts, video scripts, titles, descriptions and publishing copy in a natural, informed voice. • Create a repurposing system so one substantive idea can become long-form, short-form and platform-native derivatives. • Maintain an organised content library, approval workflow and production tracker; report simply on output, learning and upcoming needs. • Protect brand standards: quiet confidence, craft, sincerity and proof; no flashy luxury tropes, generic AI language or public negativity about projects. • Use AI tools actively for research, transcription, synthesis, drafting and production operations, with strong human editorial judgment. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • The director's time is concentrated into a few well-prepared recording blocks rather than continuous content coordination. • Ideas reliably move from capture to published output with clear owners and deadlines. • Content feels useful to serious real-estate and construction professionals while remaining accessible and engaging. • Personal and company narratives reinforce one another without becoming repetitive or overly promotional. EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES • 3-6 years in content strategy, journalism, branded content, production, social media or founder/brand communications. • Excellent writing, interviewing and story-structuring skills; able to simplify technical subjects without making them shallow. • Strong project management and production coordination; comfortable on construction sites and in director-level conversations. • Working understanding of video workflows and platform formats; basic shooting/editing ability is helpful but this is not primarily an editor role. • Genuine interest in real estate, architecture, business, technology or AI. Agency, publication, founder's office or premium-brand experience can all fit. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • A producer's ownership with an editor's judgment. • Confident enough to push for specificity and protect the audience's time. • Resourceful, organised and calm under changing schedules. • High taste, intellectual curiosity and discretion.
